The purpose of this letter is to first apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused with the changes that have occurred recently, and secondly to update you on those changes and provide you with information for the future.

It became clear to the executive staff in order for us to pursue our vision, some fairly substantial changes needed to occur – and some fairly rapidly. Many of these changes have taken place already, and others are yet to occur.

Of course change, and certainly rapid change, can be uncomfortable at times. Without going into a great deal of detail, essentially at this time we needed to change the configuration of SFI as it existed That change involved postponing any future trainings until at least 2008, restructuring financially and legally and significantly improving the training modules. We want you to know that the original executive staff continues to meet and conduct business from different locations around the country. It is important to let you know that none of the changes will impact you as a practitioner in any negative way, and you are can continue to operate as before under your licensing agreement.

The specific details of any new company or corporate structure are not possible to discuss at this time because they are still in process. In order to keep you apprised of changes as they occur and to give you a format to ask questions, Robert Harrison has generously created a forum which will be a way for us to stay connected, and will be updated as needed. The new forum will have sections for resources, marketing, hypnosis, new techniques and ideas and other information you can use to grow and improve your practices. It is our sincere hope that you will support us in this endeavor and you will allow us the time necessary to make the changes occur.

We’ve finally locked down the SFI Section. I appreciate your comments regarding this and bear in mind it takes money and computer programmers to make this stuff happen.

To get permission to view the SFI Only Section you must do the following:

Send Alyssa an email at admin@stopsmokinginstantly.com

That email should include:

1.Your full name

2. Your username

3. All of your contact info (including address, email and phone number)

4. Your training date.

After all of this information has been confirmed, you will be assigned permission to see the SFI Training Materials and it will be viewable when you log in.

I got an interesting email from a practitioner who brought up a concern I’m guessing many of you have.

The question was regarding ‘Why’ operations are currently suspended and whether or not it was due to legal issues that should concern or could impact practitioners.

The answer is definitely NO…

There are details I am not a liberty to disclose – but if there was or is any ‘need to know info’ that could impact your business success I would let you know immediately.

There was also mention of moving this discussion inside the forum which I’m open to if others feel that we should, however, at this time I don’t think this info is going to affect your business in any way – it’s not disparaging in any way and shows the cohesiveness of our network as a team of hypnotherapists.

If anything, I think the changes coming down the road are exciting and will help us all become better at what we do, regardless of how that manifests itself.

I will however, down the road delete all of these posts or move them to an SFI only forum down the road (in a month or two) once everyone has gotten up to speed.
