Merry Christmas – HOLIDAY PROMOTION TIME!!!

Sorry I’ve been out of commission for awhile. This year has been very busy and we’ve had a lot of changes going on. We’ve expanded our office here in San Carlos and are now interviewing to find the perfect protege (or two) to help handle the increased demand. If you think you can’t advertise successfully in a down economy…think again.

As you can see we are ready for Christmas and this is the time of year for your Big In-House Customer promotion. Last year we did 26K in two weeks with no advertising and now it’s your turn.
To make things different this year we have TWO HOLDIAY PROMOTION RECOMMENDATIONS:
#1. 30-50% off all programs for current clients who have already purchased 1 program at full price or prospects who haven’t purchased yet but already came in for a screening in the last year.
or
#2. BONUS ‘Double CD’ Package with purchase of any new program.
Now here is the key to making this promotion work and profitable right now. First, you have to tell them this is only good for those who PRE-PAY by CHRISTMAS EVE or NEW YEARS EVE. No exceptions. You can choose which one but you must put a time limit or they’ll sit on their haunches and think about it until the cows come home. Remember, one the main reasons for this promotion is to boost sales during a typically slower time of the year and get your advertising budget solid for January (in case your not already flush). If you are choosing the ‘Double CD’ package I recommend Scott McFalls CD’s which are dirt cheap and add tremendous value or you can also get some from us as well (depending on what you need). Who to promote this too? Current list of clients and prospects from previous year.
When to do this? Immediately!!!!
How? Email, Mailers, or Cards (My choice – ‘Send Out Cards’). Depending on the size of your list you can even call them to let them know you are sending them a gift in the mail.
NOTE: For those using ‘Send Out Cards’ if you are signed up under me which you should be then I’ll make sure you get the actual card I use and download it into your account so you can just hit the send button and shoot it off to your clients. But make sure you put your clinic name and phone number on it first. Last year I got a few calls from an un-named collegue in Arizona who failed to update the card with his info!

Important info to add to your mailing: List ALL the programs you offer! Who knows what your clients and prospects will want right now and need the first of the year so mention all of your programs (i.e. weightloss, smoking, stress, sports improvement, habit control, confidence, relationship coaching, etc.)
Also, make sure to include this this is a special gift just for them and 1 friend (not everybody they know – just one). Trust me, this makes a big difference.

do you get feedback from people wondering why your voice is not the one on the CDs. I’ve received feedback from client who have said that they were thrown off by the voice (when I use Scotts) not being mine…which they are used to…and they want one with my voice on it…
Having CD’s with your voice on them are important and your clients will want them. On the same note, using Scott’s CD’s or other good CD’s is also equally important for variety, quality, and variation which helps to keep the Hypnosis more interesting and engaging for clients.
